Senior Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and scalable systems. This is not a role where you simply execute tickets., You'll be expected to: Think independently, Solve hard engineering problems. Build scalable systems, Own features end-to-end. Responsibilities Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS). Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native. Design and implement clean, scalable architectures. Own features end-to-end: design, development, deployment. Work on performance optimization, caching, async processing, and scalability. Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems. Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability. Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployments, and automation. Write high-quality, maintainable, production-grade code. Continuously improve engineering standards and development workflows. Requirements 4-6 years of backend engineering experience. 3+ years with React and/or React Native. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and preferably TypeScript. Solid understanding of scalable backend systems and APIs. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong understanding of caching systems like Redis. Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS. Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
