Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Power BI Developer at our company, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear and actionable insights for our clients. You will collaborate with the Professional Services team to understand client requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing data models, measures, and calculations using DAX, as well as performing QA validation to ensure data accuracy and visual alignment. Additionally, you will support enhancement and change request implementation, monitor dashboard performance, and contribute to our dashboard library by standardizing layouts and metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for clients - Ensure dashboards follow branding standards and use clean layouts and effective color palettes - Collaborate with Professional Services team to analyze client requirements and translate them into visualizations - Build and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX - Perform QA validation to ensure data accuracy and visual alignment - Support enhancement and change request implementation, maintaining version control and documentation - Monitor dashboard performance and optimize datasets, queries, and refresh schedules - Contribute to the dashboard library by standardizing layouts and metrics - Stay current on Power BI best practices and visualization trends Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - 5 years of experience developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI - Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, and query optimization - Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual stories - Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail - Good knowledge of T-SQL and Git version control - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines - Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus If you are someone who is passionate about developing interactive dashboards, has a keen eye for visual design, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful insights, we would love to have you on board.
