Sr. Staff Analyst (SSE Operations)

What You ll Do Oversee day to day operations of our Netskope security platform. Ensure services run smoothly and meet performance and security standards. Respond to and resolve issues quickly to minimize impact on employees. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes. Document procedures and share knowledge with support teams. Participate in change management and help implement new features. What We re Looking For Extensive experience in IT security or network engineering. Experience with Netskope is highly preferred. Strong background in managing security platforms and troubleshooting issues. Ability to work independently and lead initiatives. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and handling critical incidents. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with cloud security technologies and zero trust principles. Experience working with vendors and cross functional teams. Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or cloud security are a plus.
