Staff Digital Design Engineer About the Role The Aerospace, Defense and Communications (ADC) Business Unit at Analog Devices is seeking a Staff Digital Design Engineer. The ADC group is a high-impact, innovation focused engineering team working on cutting-edge products. The successful candidate will lead key aspects of digital design and execution for Digital signal processing datapath and/or control blocks that define the products key features. Youll influence product direction, guide methodology improvements, and lead small technical teams. This position requires deep expertise across multiple technical domains and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive innovation and excellence in digital design. Key Responsibilities Define and develop system-level architectures for complex digital designs Lead technical teams on complex digital design projects Guide methodology improvements and best practices across the organization Influence product direction and technical roadmaps Collaborate across functions to drive innovative solutions Engage directly with customers on technical requirements and solutions Mentor engineers and help develop technical talent Must Have Skills System Architecture Digital Design Skills: Expert ability to define and implement complex digital system architectures and Design those blocks/systems.
