HR Data Analyst

You will analyze HR datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Responsibilities Collect, compile, and join datasets from multiple HR information systems, including Applicant Tracking, Learning, and Performance Management systems. Develop standard and ad hoc reports and visualizations to communicate data patterns and business value. Collaborate with HR business partners and IT teams to manage data integrations from various systems and the data warehouse. Manage client requests and expectations, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and high quality. Build secure data models designed for role-based access control. Required Skills 2-3 years of professional work experience. Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query, for data transformation and modeling. Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Experience building data visualizations that communicate complex information to non-technical audiences. Ability to select and join disparate, complex datasets. Proven ability to handle highly confidential people and organizational data with discretion. Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Preferred Skills Experience writing Microsoft SQL queries. Experience using the Microsoft Power Platform.
