About the role
We are seeking a dedicated .NET Support Engineer to provide technical and application support for enterprise-level .NET applications. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems, resolving production issues, troubleshooting application errors, and ensuring smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong debugging skills and experience supporting .NET applications in production environments. Responsibilities: Support and maintain .NET-based applicationsTroubleshoot application and production issuesAnalyze logs and resolve incidents within SLA timelinesWork closely with development and infrastructure teamsExecute SQL queries for data validation and issue analysisPerform application deployments and maintenance activitiesRequired Skills: Experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET CoreStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsKnowledge of SQL Server and database queriesFamiliarity with IIS, APIs, and deployment supportExperience with ticketing/support toolsGood communication and problem-solving abilitiesPay: 100,000.00 - 150,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune) .
