About the role
Supervise and execute Mivan / Aluminium Formwork activities at site. Ensure proper alignment, leveling, shuttering, and erection of aluminium formwork systems. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams for smooth execution. Monitor daily site progress and ensure work completion as per project schedule. Check quality of work as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure safety standards and site housekeeping are maintained. Handle manpower planning and material coordination at site. Prepare daily progress reports and update senior management. Coordinate with RCC, finishing, and MEP teams for smooth workflow. Ensure proper dismantling and repetition cycle of Mivan formwork.
