Role: Data Analyst No. of positions: 1 Primary Skills: Power BI, SQL (SnowFlake)Secondary Skills/Valuable to Have: Python, Azure (ADF/ADB/Functions) : Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team in an offshore capacity. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in data analysis, with expertise in, SQL, Power BI and with minimum hands-on experience of Python and Azure. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in extracting insights from data to support various business units, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and more. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis:Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract valuable insights.Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI.Write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data efficiently. Data Integration: Work collaboratively with BU teams to integrate data from various sources into a unified format. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems. Python and Azure Integration: Leverage Python and Azure services to enhance data analysis capabilities. Develop data pipelines and automation scripts as needed. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various business units, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain data integrity. Identify and rectify data anomalies and discrepancies. Documentation: Maintain documentation of data analysis processes, data models, and reporting mechanisms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) is preferred. 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL is essential. Good to have experience in Python and Azure are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
