About the role
As a Senior ML Engineer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, your role will involve leveraging third-party software to create solutions for business problems in the Data Science and Machine Learning team. You will draw upon your technical expertise in AI/ML engineering, data, and MLOps to solve complex marketing analytics problems on very large volumes of data. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise architecture for AI/ML/GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and technology roadmap - Architecting hyperscale MLOps solutions and pipelines - Working with cross-functional teams to design and deliver ML solutions in production at scale - Developing automated AI and ML workflows and end-to-end pipelines for data preparation, training, deployment, and monitoring - Leading transformational initiatives to bridge the gap between current and desired AI/ML capabilities - Establishing governance frameworks and decision criteria for AI/ML and GenAI projects - Leading technology evaluation and process improvements to drive Experimentation, Model Development, and ML Ops at scale - Conducting architecture reviews and risk assessments for proposed AI/ML solutions - Utilizing advanced data science techniques to propose enhancements and innovations to business processes - Collaborating with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI/ML-driven innovation - Fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI/ML practices Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on AI/ML integration and transformation projects - 6+ years of professional experience in software development - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Associate Degree & 3+ years of development experience or equivalent experience - Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, C, or Perl Preferred qualifications for this role include: - 8+ years of experience architecting scalable ML infrastructure and big data systems - Databricks Architect Certification - 6+ years of experience architecting solutions using Databricks - Strong experience with Mosaic AI, Unity Catalogue, mlflow, workflow orchestration, and other Databricks native MLOps capabilities - Technical familiarity with GenAI, including OpenAI API, Bedrock API, Vertex API, LangGraph, and other agentic frameworks - Experience with MLOps and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Kubeflow, DAGster, Optuna, Mlflow, or other similar tools - Experience in operationalizing and migrating ML models into production at scale - Experience in developing large-scale model inference solutions using spark, EMR, Databricks - Experience in developing complex orchestration and MLOps pipelines In this role, you will play a crucial part in leveraging AI and ML technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence within the organization.
