Perform automation testing for web/app products. Create & execute test cases, plans, and scripts. Identify, track, and verify bug fixes. Test e-commerce, CRM, and ERP workflows. Mentor junior QA members and improve testing processes. Required Candidate profile 57 years of QA/Testing experience. Experience in 45 e-commerce projects. Exposure to CRM/ERP systems.
