About the role
Role & responsibilities 1. Preventive and Predictive maintenance of all electrical equipment of Paper machine electrical & automation equipment. 2. Exposure in automation equipment like VFDs & PLC majorly on Siemens / ABB make 3. Condition monitoring & Thermography of all electrical equipment. 4. Shift Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Paper machine & Process plant equipment's. 5. Maintenance of ISO / Energy management systems. 6. Electrical safety & LOTO systems. 7. Spares management. 8. To keep availability & reliability of equipment 9. Coordination with cross functional teams 10. Documentation and reports, Energy management and ISO systems 11. Preparation of daily & monthly reports and updating and monitoring the status. 12. Exploring the means and ways for cost reduction and implementation. 13. Monitoring and controlling the consumption of energy. 14. Planning and execution of routine jobs in Electrical maintenance 15. Daily job allocation to electricians and electrical contractors. 16. Monitoring preventive maintenance activities of all electrical equipments in the plants 17. Indenting, follow-up and inspection of material. 18. Provide on the job training, discuss with superiors 19. Preparing & follow up SOPs and updating regularly. 20. Daily checking of logbooks of Electrical department. 21. Compliance of audit points as per requirement. 22. Monthly reporting mentioning all key performance indicators. 23. Coordination with safety department for conducting safety training & Compliances. Supervision of major & minor break downs. Preferred candidate profile Should have at around 8 years of electrical experience in Paper machines or any manufacturing process plant.
