About the Role x000D The Technology & Innovation team focuses on developing innovative, scalable technology solutions that enable Client to manage law enforcement data requests and enhance user safety. The team s Salesforce-based systems support both internal case tracking and an external web portal for law enforcement partners. x000D As a Salesforce Business Analyst , you ll play a vital role in ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem meets evolving business needs. You ll serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams gathering requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications, and ensuring smooth delivery of features and enhancements. x000D This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing systems and processes for maximum efficiency and impact. x000D x000D What You ll Do x000D x000D Support the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the Salesforce system and associated external web portal. x000D Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather and clarify requirements, define business processes, and manage feature delivery. x000D Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to guide development. x000D Coordinate and participate in testing, release management, and deployment activities . x000D Create and maintain user guides, release notes, and training materials for end users. x000D Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose automation or system enhancements. x000D Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. x000D x000D x000D Basic Qualifications x000D x000D Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. x000D 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role. x000D Proven experience translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions. x000D Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities , including configuration, customization, and reporting. x000D Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder . x000D x000D x000D Preferred Qualifications x000D x000D Experience with Service Cloud and data modeling concepts. x000D Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. x000D Experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytics in Salesforce. x000D Strong verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences. x000D Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment . x000D x000D x000D What You ll Bring x000D x000D A structured, analytical mindset with attention to detail. x000D Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. x000D The ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively. x000D A passion for improving systems that directly support Client s Public Safety mission. x000D Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
