We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to lead our piping engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of piping systems for our projects. The Lead Engineer will ensure that all piping designs meet safety, quality, and functionality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of piping engineers and designers Develop and review piping designs, specifications, and calculations Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil) Perform site visits and inspections to ensure piping systems are installed correctly Troubleshoot and resolve piping-related issues during construction and operation Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources Mentor and train junior engineers and designers Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in piping engineering, with a focus on design and construction Proven leadership and management experience Strong knowledge of piping codes, standards, and regulations Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and piping design tools (e.g., PipeFab, CAE) Preferred Qualifications: Master s degree in Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience with piping analysis software (e.g., CAE, FEA) Familiarity with industry-specific piping standards (e.g., API 650, ASME B31.3)
