Technical Intern

As a Technical Intern at Angel India Cad Cam Pvt. Ltd. under the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in Industrial Automation, Laser Technology, CNC Machinery, Press Brake Machines, Robotics, and Technical Services. Your role involves undergoing structured on-the-job training to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of advanced industrial machinery. You will work alongside experienced engineers and technical experts while supporting customers across different industries. Key Responsibilities: - Installation and commissioning of Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Fiber Laser Welding Machines, Press Brake Machines, CNC Routers, and Industrial Robotic Systems. - Troubleshooting and repair of PLCs, CNC systems, Servo Drives, Motor Drives, VFDs, and related electrical and automation systems. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Laser Cutting Machines, Laser Welding Machines, Press Brake Machines, and Robotic Automation Systems. - Installation, configuration, and training of Nesting Software, Machine Software, 2D Software, 3D Software, and related applications. - Conduct machine demonstrations and provide technical support during customer visits and trials. - Perform preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance activities. - Provide on-site, off-site, and online technical support to customers and internal teams. - Handle customer complaints effectively and prepare detailed service and repair reports. - Prepare maintenance schedules for machines installed under AMC and warranty. - Maintain installation reports, service records, and technical documentation. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Qualification Required: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Instrumentation, Robotics, or related Engineering disciplines. Skills Required: - Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, CNC, and Automation systems. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel across India for installation and service assignments. - Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment.
