Hiring: International Technical Support Executive (Hardware Support) Gurgaon (Cyber City) Location: Gurgaon (Cyber City) A leading international BPO is hiring Technical Support Executives for its Hardware Support process. Job Role: Provide technical support for Laptop, Desktop, and Printer-related issues. Assist international customers over voice calls. Troubleshoot basic hardware and technical problems. Deliver excellent customer service. Eligibility: Freshers are welcome to apply. Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process can also apply. Good English communication skills are required. Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
