About the role
Job Title: SAP Administrator (SAP Admin) Job Summary: The SAP Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting SAP systems to ensure smooth business operations. The role includes user administration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, data management, and coordination with internal departments and SAP consultants. Key Responsibilities SAP System Administration Create, modify, and deactivate SAP user accounts. Manage user roles, authorizations, and access controls. Monitor SAP system performance and resolve basic issues. Coordinate with SAP support teams for system enhancements and troubleshooting. Master Data Management Maintain and update employee, vendor, customer, and material master data. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SAP modules. Perform regular data validation and audits. Reporting & Documentation Generate SAP reports as required by management. Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and process records. Prepare MIS reports and data analysis. User Support & Training Provide first-level support to SAP users. Resolve user queries related to SAP transactions and processes. Conduct user training and system orientation sessions. Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with company policies and SAP security standards. Monitor user access and maintain audit records. Support internal and external audits related to SAP data. Skills Required Knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FICO, HR, etc.). Strong understanding of SAP user administration. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. SAP certification preferred. Experience 25 years of experience in SAP Administration or SAP Support.
