Based in Bangalore, India, we strive to accelerate retail innovation by building competitive capabilities in Technology, Data Sciences and Business Services that enable our brands to deliver delightful experiences to our in-store and online customers Team name: Corporate Systems Corporate Systems & Automation team provides IT capabilities for Finance, People & Capability, Payroll and Property Management divisions of Kmart Group. It is a 45 member team globally of which 38 members are based out of India. The team in India was setup in July 2019 and has constants grown to add more capabilities and team members. What You'll Be Doing Manage application support and ensure that application service levels provided meet agreed SLAs Ensure adherence to technology standards and architectural principles Produce functional and technical designs for new and existing applications adequately addressing business issues and meet IT expectations Mature Agile ways of working within SuccessFactors quad Help ensure high quality outcomes through efficient testing techniques Desired Qualification And Work Experience 7+ Years or overall experience, at least 5 years of SAP experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions especially Employee Central Payroll , SAP Payroll and Time Management and Employee Central. 5+ Years of Experience in SAP Payroll , Time Management and Employee Central Payroll is must. Experience handling Requirements workshops and design Solutions, Good grasp of SAP cloud platform solutions. Familiar with testing processes, tools, methodologies and test-driven development utmost. Functional Knowledge on Employee Life Cycle Processes.
