Salesforce CPQ Technical Solution Architect

As a Salesforce CPQ Technical Solution Architect at our client TOP MNC, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end technical design of the quote-to-cash platform. Your role will involve complex CPQ implementations, including product catalogs, pricing models, integrations with ERP systems, and mentoring the build team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple CPQ implementations and will be able to design advanced pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design the end-to-end technical architecture for CPQ and the broader lead-to-cash ecosystem. - Architect product catalogs, pricing structures, and integration with ERP, billing, and provisioning systems. - Define data models for various components ensuring stability through renewals and changes. - Design approval workflows, quote templates, and integration architecture with other systems. - Set development standards, performance guardrails, and resolution paths for complex issues. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Produce architecture artifacts such as solution design documents and data flow diagrams. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, with 6+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ. - Led technical architecture for at least 3 full-lifecycle CPQ implementations. - Hands-on experience integrating CPQ with ERP and billing platforms. - Deep mastery of Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Platform, integration patterns, and DevOps. - Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity. - Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant strongly preferred. - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a differentiator.
