Data Governance Engineer

We are looking for experienced Data Governance Engineers with US Healthcare domain experience to join our team immediately. Roles & Responsibilities Apply Enterprise Data Management (EDM) frameworks to assess and improve data governance capabilities. Conduct Data Maturity Assessments (DCAM) through stakeholder interviews, evidence gathering, and structured assessments. Strengthen Data Stewardship, Data Quality, and Metadata Management practices. Collaborate with Business, IT, Compliance, and Data Owners across cross-functional teams. Translate business requirements into practical data governance solutions. Support validation and assessment activities using basic data querying and profiling techniques. Develop governance templates, workflows, and best practices. Mandatory Requirements 615 years of relevant experience in Data Governance. Hands-on experience with DCAM, EDM, DAMA, and DMBOK frameworks. Strong experience in US Healthcare . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be available for a 4-hour overlap with EST timings (approximately 9:30 PM IST onwards) . Immediate Joiners only.
