About the role
As an IT Support Engineer, your role will involve managing various IT support functions such as network troubleshooting, desktop support, email configuration setup, CCTV camera configuration, system administration, and attendance software management. You will also be responsible for user configuration on biometric machines, planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades, responding to IT breakdowns, and maintaining records of software licenses and stocks of equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Managing all IT support functions including network troubleshooting, desktop support, and email configuration setup - Configuring and troubleshooting CCTV cameras - Performing system administration functions and managing attendance software - Configuring users on biometric machines - Planning and executing scheduled maintenance upgrades - Responding to IT breakdowns promptly - Maintaining records of software licenses and stocks of equipment and supplies Qualifications Required: - Strong IT support skills - Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) - Proficiency in troubleshooting IT bugs - In-depth knowledge of hardware and software - Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Reporting directly to the IT Head Please note that the work hours for this role are from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
