About the role
As a Fullstack Principal Manager / Engineering Manager in the Dotnet Cloud domain, you will be responsible for leading a team with 10-13 years of experience in IT application development, design, and architecture. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in .Net Core, Azure, and various aspects of architecture, design, and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Leading a team technically with 4+ years of team management experience. - Demonstrating hands-on experience in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, SQL server, and Microsoft Azure/AWS. - Managing at least 2 full life cycles of software development. - Applying Agile/Scrum methodology for project execution. - Interacting with clients and handling onshore-offshore delivery models. - Collaborating with global teams across different time zones. Qualifications Required: - Education qualification: BE/B Tech (IT/CS/Electronics), MCA, or MSc Computer Science. - Minimum of 10 years of IT experience in application development, design, and architecture. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred. - Experience in a global setting involving multiple development sites.
