Exp -2 to 15 yrs Skill - Onestream Location - Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune Education : B.Sc/B.Com/B.Tech/BE/ME/M.Tech/MBAs or M.Com/CA/PGDM- No Diploma ITI Candidates Level- Analyst/Consultant/ Sr Consultant/Manager Qualifications Required: CA, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent. 6-10 years of enterprise performance management implementation experience, including 3-4 years implementing OneStream solutions. Experience building and optimizing metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, data reconciliation, custom rules, and reports in OneStream. Experience supporting finance processes including financial close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis. Experience with VB.Net and/or Python, and relational database management systems such as SQL Server. Experience with cloud-based software as a service and platform as a service environments. Experience leading technical workstreams, managing multiple assignments, and mentoring junior team members. Preferred: Experience leading end-to-end OneStream implementations across requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Experience designing application models for sales forecasting, financial planning, or workforce planning. Experience developing advanced business rules and automations, including custom consolidations, intercompany eliminations, cash flow automation, custom translations, and currency overrides. Experience preparing solution architecture documents, design specifications, test plans, training materials, and administration guides. Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting solution options to stakeholders. Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions such as People Planning and Capex Planning.
