Role: LLM Model Developer Exp - 5- 8 years Location - Pan India Key Responsibilities: Design and develop applications powered by LLMs, multimodal models, and generative AI architectures Fine-tune foundation models using techniques such as LoRA and PEFT for domain-specific applications Build RAG pipelines using vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate Integrate frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel into production environments Develop and deploy machine learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain scalable data pipelines Implement MLOps/DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and automated retraining Optimize model inference through quantization, distillation, and efficient hardware utilization Establish evaluation frameworks for both ML and GenAI models (accuracy, fairness, hallucination control, grounding) Monitor deployed models to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
