The role combines robust ML engineering fundamentals with expertise in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks to build scalable, production-ready AI systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop applications powered by LLMs, multimodal models, and generative AI architectures - Fine-tune foundation models using techniques such as LoRA and PEFT for domain-specific applications - Build RAG pipelines using vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate - Integrate frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel into production environments - Develop and deploy machine learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn - Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain scalable data pipelines - Implement MLOps/DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and automated retraining - Optimize model inference through quantization, distillation, and efficient hardware utilization - Establish evaluation frameworks for both ML and GenAI models (accuracy, fairness, hallucination control, grounding) - Monitor deployed models to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives - Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders Professional & Technical Skills: - AWS, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases - Python .
