About the role
Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workshops and working sessions. - Develop business cases for transformation initiatives and support benefits, realization tracking post-implementation. - Create and maintain BRDs, Functional Specifications, process maps and journey documentation. - Develop use cases, wireframes, flow diagrams, RTM, and business flows for Technology and QA teams. - Own product delivery artifacts including product roadmaps, epics user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs using Jira & Confluence. - Proactively identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and testing inputs and communicate them early - Support test planning, defect triage, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Prepare documentation and reporting for working groups, governance forums, and steering committees. - Track milestones, manage delivery risks, and escalate variances as required. - Support go-live readiness, tollgate approvals, and post-implementation reviews. Preferred Experience and Skills: - 8+ years of overall experience with minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services. - Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital transformations with ownership (Retail Banking required). - Solid understanding of the complete payment transaction lifecycle. - Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery models (Scrum / SAFe) beyond ceremonies. - Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation. - Strong stakeholder management skills. Certifications (Valuable to Have): CBAP, CSPO, CSM, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2. Work Mode - 5 days Work From Office. Open Job Locations - Bangalore / Delhi NCR / Pune / Mumbai.
