Python Software Developer

Job Title: Senior Python Developer (System Design & AI Basics) Mandatory Skills: Python with Basic AI , but strong in System designing , architecture Experience: 7-10 Years Location: Bangalore / Hybrid (as applicable) Qualification: BE/ Btech. BCA/MCA Candidates Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in backend development, system design, and software architecture. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable, high-performance applications and a basic understanding of AI/Generative AI concepts. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications. - Build robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices. - Design scalable and reliable system architectures for high-traffic applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions. - Integrate AI/LLM-based services where applicable and stay updated with emerging AI technologies. Required Skills - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. - Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Strong knowledge of System Design and Software Architecture. - Experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture. - Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies. - Basic understanding of AI/Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI APIs, or RAG, is preferred. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures. - Exposure to messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Nice to Have - Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Exposure to vector databases, LangChain, or AI agent frameworks. - Experience building AI-enabled applications.
