About the role
Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer in the Enterprise Support Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components for Smart solutions projects, contributing to the enhancement of finance functions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, including user interfaces, backend services, and APIs. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems. - Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern frameworks like React and Typescript. - Develop robust server-side logic, APIs, and database integrations using Node.js and related technologies. - Integrate AI/LLM services, automation workflows, and third-party APIs. - Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to implement features from concept to production. - Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability. - Optimize both frontend and backend code for speed and scalability. - Implement testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. - Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on backend engineering. - Expertise in React.js, Python, Typescript, Node.js, Express, RESTful API development, and database management (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL). - Experience in translating designer mockups into user-friendly interfaces with design aesthetics. - Familiarity with AI integrations, optimization techniques, and debugging. - Knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, or deployment pipelines is advantageous. - Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage tasks independently while adjusting to changing project requirements.
