Agile execution: We use agile methodologies for project execution, enabling us to deliver high-quality solutions on time and budget, and ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade business applications. This role is highly technical and suited to someone who can work independently, mentor others, and contribute to solution architecture decisions. You will play a critical role in delivering scalable, secure, and high performance solutions across complex business domains. Key Responsibilities Power Platform Development Design and develop advanced Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps. Build robust Power Automate cloud flows, including complex approval workflows, integrations, and exception handling. Develop and maintain Dataverse Tables, relationships, columns Business rules Calculated and rollup fields Plugins (C#) and custom APIs where required Implement Power Pages components (forms, lists, permissions) when needed. Dataverse & Backend Engineering Design efficient and scalable Dataverse data models. Implement advanced security models: Security roles Team-based and hierarchy security Field-level security Develop C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and Dataverse Web API integrations. Optimize performance across Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Integration & Automation Integrate Power Platform solutions with: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) External systems via REST APIs Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for automated processes. Support data migration and data quality initiatives. ALM, DevOps & Governance Package and deploy solutions using Power Platform solutions (managed/unmanaged). Implement ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub. Support environment strategy, DLP policies, and governance standards. Maintain technical documentation and solution artifacts. Relevant Experience Requirement: 3 to 7 Years
