SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER / TEAM LEAD Experience: 3+ Years Location: Kochi / Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in React.js, Python, and Django. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development expertise along with the ability to lead a team, mentor developers, and drive projects from concept to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications while ensuring code quality and timely project delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Python, and Django.Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.Break down project requirements into technical tasks and ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Develop Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend servicesOptimize application performance, security, and scalability.Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development processes.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.Manage sprint planning, task estimation, and project delivery timelines.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the development process.REQUIRED SKILLS 3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Strong experience with Python and Django Framework.Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MSSQL.Experience with Git and version control workflows.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS Experience leading or mentoring a development team.Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are met.Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc., or a related field.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Exposure to microservices architecture is a plus.If you are interested, you can share your resume at Email Id: recruiting@answergen.com Work Location: In person .
