About the role
Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) Key Responsibilities Develop solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).Build and maintain Service Catalog items and Flow Designer automations.Configure ITOM Discovery using MID Servers and resolve scanning failures.Enforce CMDB health using the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve workflow defects.Create technical documentation, solution designs, and SOPs. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.Strong experience with core ITIL processes and ITSM workflows.Proven expertise in Service Catalog design and task orchestration.Deep knowledge of CMDB architecture, class models, and reconciliation rules.Hands-on experience configuring MID Servers and automated Discovery schedules.ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS) and hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) are a strong plus.
