Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our software products. Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Utilize automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and other relevant frameworks to automate test cases and ensure efficient test execution. Conduct database testing using tools like Postman to validate data integrity and functionality. Investigate, report, and track software defects and anomalies, working closely with the development team to ensure their timely resolution. Participate in code reviews and contribute to testability reviews during the development process. Develop and maintain a suite of automated regression tests to facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Collaborate in the design and implementation of quality assurance processes and best practices to enhance the overall quality of our software. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches for testing. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and software testing. Proven experience with automation testing tools like Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks. Strong proficiency in database testing using Postman or similar tools. Knowledge of test case management, defect tracking, and test automation tools. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Robust communication and teamwork abilities. ISTQB or similar certifications are a plus.
