Full Stack (Backend Focused) (Mumbai)

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong inclination toward Backend engineering and experience building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Node.js, Microservices Architecture, React.js, Next.js, and modern distributed systems technologies such as Kafka and Redis. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Microservices Architecture. Build and optimize RESTful APIs, event-driven services, and distributed systems. Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js. Integrate AI-powered features, LLMs, and intelligent automation capabilities into applications. Architect and implement asynchronous communication patterns using Apache Kafka. Leverage Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver robust solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best engineering practices. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Required Skills & Experience Backend (Primary Focus) Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. Extensive experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures. Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, event-driven systems, and message queues. Strong knowledge of Redis, caching strategies, and performance optimization. Experience building scalable REST APIs and backend services. Good understanding of authentication, authorization, security, and API best practices. Experience with database design and optimization. Frontend Strong proficiency in React.js. Experience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR). Robust understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and responsive UI development. Databases MongoDB PostgreSQL / MySQL Database performance tuning and query optimization AI & Modern Technologies Experience integrating AI/ML services or LLM-based applications. Familiarity with AI frameworks, prompt engineering, vector databases, or AI APIs is preferred. Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-powered workflows is a plus. Cloud & DevOps Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. Knowledge of Kubernetes is preferred. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
