About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Design, coordinate, and execute MEP works for high rise buildings, residential projects, and real estate developments. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards for HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical installations, fire fighting systems, etc. Manage MEP maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of equipment. Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers to deliver projects on time within budget constraints. Conduct site visits to monitor progress of construction work. Desired Candidate Profile 3 -10 years of experience in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) engineering or related field. Bachelor's degree in Technology / Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university. Strong understanding of MEP coordination principles for designing complex systems such as HVAC, electricals, plumbing & firefighting.
