About the role
As a design leader, you will play a crucial role in the design process from conceptualization to implementation. You will manage a team of designers and ensure the seamless execution of design projects. - Lead and mentor a design team, offering guidance and conducting regular performance evaluations. - Take ownership of the end-to-end product design process to deliver consistent user experiences and visual coherence. - Develop design strategies that are in line with the product vision and business objectives. - Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into functional design solutions. - Work with research teams to conduct usability testing and implement insights into design decisions. - Manage design resources, project workloads, and priorities effectively to meet deadlines. Required Skills: - 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, graphic design, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. - Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and user interface design. - Experience in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration. - Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
