About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Technology (Geeks) team within Assessment Solutions, your role involves contributing to the development and enhancement of the technical assessment platform. You will work alongside senior engineers, tech leads, and product managers to deliver new features and improve existing ones. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize .Net programming skills to build a scalable and secure product to be used by millions of users. - Collaborate with senior engineers to design, structure, and develop code modules. - Participate in module development, testing, and documentation under supervision. - Deliver module releases in rapid iterations, managing risks, dependencies, and integration timelines. - Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, frameworks, and best practices. - Work with a global team and global products. Required Skills & Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in C#, Asp.Net/.Net Core/MVC, SQL, JavaScript/Jquery/React. - Experience in integrating systems using APIs is advantageous. - Ability to handle end-to-end modules and client delivery. - Exposure to database design and querying is a plus. - Interest in developing products and learning new technologies. - Self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven. - Positive attitude towards AI adoption and eagerness to explore how AI can improve technical assessment platforms. You will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of a world-class technical assessment platform, working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
