What the day will look like Lead and manage actuarial valuation projects from end to end, including data collection and validation, actuarial analysis, valuation calculations, report preparation, and coordination with clients, auditors, and other key stakeholders. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by working closely with clients and senior consultants to deliver exceptional service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Analyze and interpret client, financial, and market data, transforming insights into practical, value-added recommendations and solutions. Conduct client-specific market research, benchmarking studies, and comprehensive analyses of employee benefits programs to support strategic decision-making. Support and collaborate with senior consultants on a broad range of advisory engagements, including provident fund consulting, employee benefits reviews, financial wellbeing initiatives, and investment-related projects. Work closely with Wealth International teams and act as a key liaison within the Southeast Asia Wealth sub-region to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing. Serve as the primary coordinator for employee benefits surveys, partnering with global, regional, and local teams to ensure successful survey execution, data analysis, and reporting. Contribute to health, wealth, and talent-related initiatives, campaigns, and events, supporting Save broader human capital consulting objectives. Collaborate across Aon’s business lines to identify and support cross-selling opportunities between Human Capital and Commercial Risk practices at both local and global levels. Represent the organization at client meetings, industry forums, webinars, and events, serving as a presenter or subject matter contributor alongside senior consultants and leadership teams. Proactively monitor and communicate market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices, helping clients navigate change and make informed decisions. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Prior experience in financial services or a related global consulting firm is preferred. Fluency in Thai and strong proficiency in English. Strong analytical, logical, and structured thinking skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Business-oriented attitude with strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain effective client relationships. Execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively resolve issues. Project management experience is an advantage. Open-minded with a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Basic programming knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. #LI-PC1 2582457
