About the role
As an Architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details in various phases of the project such as SD, DD, CD. You will also be required to prepare and manage Revit-based BIM models and drawing sets while ensuring compliance with International Building Code (IBC) and ADA requirements. Your role will involve coordinating with civil, structural, and MEP teams, assisting in permit submissions, responding to review comments, and supporting coordination with US-based project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details (SD, DD, CD phases) - Prepare and manage Revit-based BIM models and drawing sets - Ensure compliance with International Building Code (IBC) and ADA requirements - Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams - Assist in permit submissions and responses to review comments - Support coordination with US-based project teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture - 48 years of experience in commercial projects - Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD - Experience working on US-based projects (mandatory) - Strong design and construction documentation skills This role requires a candidate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture along with 48 years of experience in commercial projects.
