About the role
Responsibilities Develop and test embedded firmwareProgram microcontrollers and integrate hardware peripherals.Interface sensors, motors, displays, and communication modules.Debug embedded systems and optimize firmware performance.Assist in integrating Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.Participate in prototype development and testing.Document hardware and firmware designs.Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.Knowledge of Embedded C/C++.Familiarity with microcontrollers such as ESP32, STM32, Arduino, or similar platforms.Basic understanding of UART, I2C, SPI, and GPIO interfaces.Passion for robotics, IoT, and embedded product development.Preferred Skills Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)FreeRTOS or RTOS conceptsGit version controlPCB testing and debuggingWhat You'll Gain Hands-on experience building a real medical technology product.Direct mentorship from the founding team.Certificate of Internship.Letter of Recommendation for outstanding performance.Opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.About Apenir Apenir Innovations is a healthcare technology startup developing innovative solutions to improve healthcare accessibility and medication adherence.
