Lead DR testing and readiness activities; standardize DR patterns. Produce evidence-based compliance and audit-ready artifacts; drive remediation of resilience gaps. Align stakeholders (GDO, product/platform teams, security, risk, and business) on recoverability and clear continuity handoffs and responsibilities. Reports to Platform Resilience Lead. The Disaster Recovery Analyst is responsible for designing, coordinating, validating, and continuously improving the enterprise Disaster Recovery capability across critical applications, infrastructure, and services. This role partners with GDO and Digital Growth product teams, platform owners, infrastructure/hosting, cyber security, risk, and business stakeholders to ensure recoverability aligned to defined RTO/RPO, regulatory expectations, and internal control requirements. You will lead the execution of DR testing and readiness activities, drive standardization of DR patterns, ensure evidence-based compliance, and proactively identify and remediate resilience gaps across the technology estate supporting operational excellence and business continuity.
