Skills Required Install and configure software, hardware and networks Identify system requirements and install upgrades Identify system requirements and install upgrades Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent troubleshooting skills in SAN & Back up management. Responsible for Monitoring of backup jobs and Ensure adherence to retention policies. Responsible for configuration & scheduling Backups of OS, databases and applications Firewall management and troubleshooting skill Excellent troubleshooting skills on ubuntu Cloud infra management skills (Azure, AWS, GCP) Webserver configuration and management – IIS, Apache Antivirus server management Hands-on on Active Directory Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Deal with systems queries and process requests in relation to problem solving, systems configuration and technical faults. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization Work closely with team members for time allocation and prioritisation Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures Experience in cloud infra management (AWS, Azure GCP) Understanding of ISMS ( ISO27001) and QMS process that all applied to IT support department. Experience in managing team of minimum 10 team members. Education & Training Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related area) preferred. System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
