About the role
Strategic Leadership Delivery - Lead the design, development, and deployment of trade automation solutions across fund services. - Define and execute the automation roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. - Champion process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across trade workflows. Client Integration Technical Oversight - Oversee integration of client trade files into internal systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions. - Collaborate with client service managers, product teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation strategies. - Ensure high-quality delivery of ETL processes, data mapping, and exception handling. Operational Excellence Risk Management - Ensure trade transactions are processed accurately and timely, adhering to SLAs and compliance standards. - Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows, proactively resolving issues and minimizing operational risk. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated processes to support audit readiness and transparency. Essential Skills Qualifications - Advanced proficiency in SQL, VBA, MS Access, and Excel. - Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data mapping. - Familiarity with Advent Geneva, Paxus, and market data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv). - Strong understanding of financial instruments including listed, unlisted, OTCs, derivatives, and private equity. Domain Knowledge - Deep expertise in Fund Administration, Trade Processing, and Capital Markets. - Experience in managing large-scale automation projects and system migrations. Leadership Communication - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships globally. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
