For our business, for clients, and for you Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support for Workday PSA including customer contracts, projects, billing, and project financials Support end-to-end ContracttoCash processes within Workday Ensure PSA configurations align with Finance, Revenue, and operational requirements Perform root cause analysis for integration failures and data discrepancies Troubleshoot integration issues related to Customer and contract data Support reconciliation between Workday and upstream/downstream systems (e.g. Salesforce) Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen. Assess impact on Workday Lead to Cash and Projects/Billing Functional areas based on new releases and recommend changes. Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday Lead to Cash and Projects/Billing. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday PSA (projects, contracts, billing) Proven experience with integration troubleshooting (Salesforce Workday) from a functional perspective Solid understanding of project-based billing models and ContracttoCash processes The ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with both technical and end users. Ability to own and drive efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive by nature and a great team player.
