We enable #HumanFirstDigital Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Go (Golang). - Build high-performance RESTful APIs and distributed backend services. - Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka. - Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker Swarm. - Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust solutions. - Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang). - Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices. - Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Event Streaming). - Experience working with Docker Swarm for container orchestration. - Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture. - Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Good understanding of Linux environments and containerization. - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Valuable to Have - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Knowledge of Kubernetes. - Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases. - Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
