Java Support Engineer

Role: Production Support Engineer Work Mode: 5 Days WFO Shift Options: General Shift Skills Highlights Java, SQL, Unix/Linux Production Support & Incident Management AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS) AI tools exposure (monitoring/automation) Stakeholder Management Strong Communication Skills Operations-focused mindset Proactive problem-solving approach Key Responsibilities Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Java-based applications , SQL databases , and Unix/Linux environments Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes Collaborate with internal stakeholders (development & business teams) Manage incident response, escalation, and communication during critical events Drive automation and process improvements , leveraging AI tools where applicable Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure Maintain documentation and knowledge base for operational processes Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational standards Required Skills Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience in Java, SQL, Unix/Linux Experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) Operational Skills Proven experience in production support and incident management Comfortable working in operations-heavy, high-availability environments Soft Skills
