ServiceNow HAM Developer Role Overvie wPosition : ServiceNow HAM Develope rLocation : Mumbai (Work from office, 5 days )Experience : 3+ years (with strong scripting + integration background ) Key Responsibiliti esHardware Asset Lifecycl e: Manage procurement, deployment, assignment, transfer, retirement, and disposal of hardware asset s.Integration Developmen t: Build and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SCCM, Intune, procurement tools ).Scripting Expertis e: Develop and customize using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designe r.CMDB & Discover y: Ensure accurate asset records, normalization, and reconciliation with CMDB/Discover y.Workflow Automatio n: Configure HAM Pro workflows, catalog items, and lifecycle playbook s.Reporting & Complianc e: Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track asset utilization and complianc e. Required Ski lls3+ years of ServiceNow developm ent experien ce.Strong knowledge of HAM Pro mod ule and ITAM best practic es.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrati o ns.Familiarity wi th CMDB, Discovery, ITSM modu l es.ServiceNow CSA / CISHAM certificat ion
