Senior Architect / Project Architect

As an architectural professional with 8-15 years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, APICES Studio Pvt. Ltd. is looking for someone like you to join their award-winning Architecture Design Studio. With a team of 120+ professionals, APICES Studio specializes in designing IT Parks, Data Centers, Commercial Projects, Residential Projects, and Culture-based Institutional Projects, focusing on creating sustainable and functional spaces for diverse clientele. Role Overview: - Lead end-to-end design development from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality architectural deliverables, design consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to manage drawings, documentation, schedules, and client inputs, ensuring timely and seamless project execution. - Provide technical oversight through site visits and design reviews, ensuring construction quality, resolving technical issues, and maintaining adherence to project specifications. - Guide and mentor architectural teams, allocate work effectively, and collaborate across functions to enhance team performance and project efficiency. - Act as a key point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts, addressing feedback, and managing expectations related to quality, timelines, and deliverables. - Track project progress against schedules and report status, risks, and delays to leadership, ensuring transparency and timely corrective actions.
