About the role
We're Hiring | Accounting Program Manager | Remote Are you a CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent accounting professional with a passion for program management, finance transformation, and process excellence ? Join our team and lead high-impact initiatives that drive business growth, accounting innovation, and large-scale financial system implementations. What You'll Do Lead cross-functional accounting and finance transformation programs. Partner with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business, and Technology teams. Drive automation, process improvements, and scalable financial solutions. Manage complex projects, stakeholders, risks, and program delivery. Influence business decisions through data, governance, and operational excellence. We're Looking For 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience. Experience in Accounting/Finance process improvement or finance technology projects. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Professional qualification: CA / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent) . PMP certification and Master's degree are a plus. Advanced Excel and strong technical accounting knowledge.
