About the role
Role Overview: Apollo, a high-growth, global alternative asset manager, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team. As part of the asset management business, you will have the opportunity to provide clients with excess return across various investment strategies. Your role will involve contributing to content creation, assisting with disaster recovery exercises, and identifying potential risks and necessary remediations to processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and executing Change Management policies, troubleshooting escalations, and analyzing incident trends to proactively reduce future occurrences. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential risks and necessary remediations to processes. - Contribute to content creation to bring awareness to updates in Operations processes. - Assist with coordination and execution of successful Disaster Recovery exercises. - Provide expertise in Change Management policies and compliance. - Troubleshoot escalations in a timely fashion. - Review incident volume and identify trends for potential problem resolution. - Assist in Major Incident Management, including postmortem review and remediations. - Communicate problems and issues to management effectively. - Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating scope and timing of deliverables clearly. - Assist in Monthly and Quarterly Audit reviews. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science or Information Systems or equivalent. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in 2 or more areas (Change Management, Incident Management, Disaster Recovery, Knowledge Management, ITIL, and CMDB). - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Basic knowledge in core enterprise infrastructure. - Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative. - Willingness to work outside of business hours when necessary.
