Senior Product Manager- Retention (Mumbai)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager /Retention & LTV to build the engagement layer of Apollos Preventive Health engine. The role will own product experiences that drive repeat engagement, adherence, Explain Manage conversion, habit formation, and customer lifetime value. This person will work closely with Care Continuum, Clinical, Growth, AI, and Platform teams to turn a one-time health check into a long-term health relationship. Ideal candidates will have 612 years of product management experience in consumer internet, health-tech, fintech, or marketplaces, with a solid track record in retention, engagement, subscriptions, loyalty, or habit-forming products.
