About the role
You will be responsible for: - Managing Active Directory users and having knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS - Troubleshooting network connectivity issues in a LAN/WAN environment - Configuring and troubleshooting MS-Outlook - Troubleshooting hardware and networking issues Your qualifications should include: - Ability to address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking - Proficiency in network troubleshooting, Ethernet, and IP configuration Please note that candidates from the 2015 to 2025 batch are eligible to apply, and the position is open for male candidates only.
